The Sport Fishing Championship was a unique opportunity to experience the world of live TV as well as the dynamics of working as a solo camera operator in the middle of the ocean. This show also gave me my first opportunity to film outside the US in the beautiful Bahamas. These shoots required a strong understanding of your equipment and the ability to quickly improvise solutions to any complications that would arise. Even though I was working with a much larger crew of skilled professionals, I was alone on the boat with only the gear I brought with me.
